At Clovedale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds quick and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
